Im using PJA under X11 & weblogic jdk1.3.1.8.
the app using PJA seems to eat up all the memory after having run severals hours under a moderate access rate.
i noticed the native java process had used up nearly 2G memory when awt(PJA) calls finally began to crash & throw java.lang.OutOfMemoryError.

iv read a similar post:Memory Usage Problem(by Mr.LK):

but im not sure yet a forced gc call will work...(from weblogic jmx?)
my hp-ux has a max_thread_proc of 4098 & 4G mem & a large swap;
the JVM has a 1G java heap.

il b grateful if anyone has a solution.
thanx.
