we are creating a chart on AIX, but we don't see any font. all we see is some lines for a chart without any text. i wonder why. we are using Websphere 4 and AIX.
it would be great if anybody who knows about this give me a tip...

Same issue on linux. One way it works, one way it doesn't (direct servlet call vs. img src=servlet call). Works correctly with native GUI.
Seems the TextLayout gives a very small bounding box (getBounds).

Where it worked, i wasn't using PJAF.
Removed all the 2D dependencies, but still it works on WinXP but _not_ on Linux...

And the tip is:
Remove any instantiation of PJAGraphicsEnvironment from your code!
(I used it to get all the available font family names)
